Q: How much will the shipping cost me?
A: Shipping is free for all orders above INR 699. International shipping is currently not available in our store. 

Q: How long will the delivery take?
A: Your orders can take 7 business days to reach you.  We make every effort to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible.

Q: What to do if my order is delayed?

A: We use third party courier services/aggregators like Shiprocket, Bluedart, DTDC etc. Their operations are totally out of our control. You can reach out to them with your AWB no for support. Also we can try to help in every possible way.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Q: How long will the refund take post-cancellation? 
A: We initiate the refund immediately upon cancellations. The time for the refund to reflect in your account might vary depending upon the payment method used. Depending upon your payment method, it will take 2-7 working days from the time of refund initiation. 

Q: What if the amount got debited from my side but I didn't receive an order confirmation?
A: We confirm the order only when we receive the amount from you. Sometimes, Due to unknown reasons, the amount might be debited from your side but you didn't receive an order confirmation. In that case, please send an email to care@shawstraps.com


Q: Do we supply international orders?
A: No, currently we are not doing international shipping. But in near future, definitively a YES!

Q: What is your refund policy on Items bought?
A: Sorry, we do not do refunds.​
